Print out the form and fill in your details.
Then you can either come along to our next meeting and bring the form with you, or post your application to:
New Member Joining Fees (With no SIV in the first 12 months):

• $55.00 per single.
• $65.00 per couple / family.

New Member Joining Fees (With SIV in the first 12 months):
(Must pay for the first 2 years up front.)

• $85.00 ($55.00 + $30.00) per single.
• $110.00 ($65.00 + $45.00) per couple / family.

New Member Joining Fee Includes:

• One Club Polo Shirt.
• One QTCC Window Sticker.
• Monthly Newsletter (sent via email, or posted out if you require).

Existing Member Renewal Fees (Yearly):

• $30.00 per single.
• $45.00 per couple / family.
