MAPLETON-WOODFORD RUN ~ 18th NOVEMBER, 2007.

Our first meet- up was at Shell Nudgie where we met-up with Shel and Kel (in Nanna), Glynn (in LX), Phil & Barb (in hatch), Shellie and Jody (in LJ), Nick & Sarah (in HB), Ed & Aaron (in LX) and Rob, Emma & Alyssa.

We left at 10:40am to our second meet-up point at BP North Caboolture where we met-up with Dave & Suzi (in LC), the Bundesen’s (in hatch), Craig & Kelly (in Dorothy), and we had a few guests to join us too, Julie (in LJ) and Bill & Fiona from Caboolture and Delaneys Creek respectively. Brett and I were in the XU-1 so it was good to see a good turnout of the “little ones” for a change!

We left at 11:40am to head up to Mapleton. It was a nice drive up to Mapleton despite the rain and we made a small pitstop on the way to admire the view.

We had a very nice lunch at the Mapleton Tavern. We left Mapleton at 2:45pm and headed down to Woodford, stopping on the way for more views to capture!

After stopping for ice-cream in Woodford we all headed our separate ways. It was a nice day, not too hot thanks to the rainy/overcast weather.
